The nondual or monistic philosophy of Kashmir Shaivism is called Pratyabhijna.
Comparison with Advaita Vedanta
Kashmir Shaivism is philosophically similar to yet distinguished from Advaita: both are non-dual philosophies that give primacy to Universal Consciousness (Chit or Brahman).[26] However, in Kashmir Shaivism, all things are a manifestation of this Consciousness[27] but the phenomenal world (Śakti) is real, existing and having its being in Consciousness (Chit),[28] while Advaita Vedanta holds that the supreme, Brahman, is inactive (niṣkriya) and that the phenomenal world is an illusion (māyā).[29] The reality and very divinity of every aspect of the phenomenal world is tied to the Tantric practices of Kashmir Shaivism.

Neutral monism view of Consciousness
http://www.sciencechatforum.com/viewtopic.php?p=269121
According to Neutral monism physical and mental phenomena have Meta foundation (where Meta means "beyond"), which is not mental or physical.
My interpretation of this view is as follows:
1) Physical and mental phenomena are Consciousness' multiplicity aspect.
2) Consciousness' Meta aspect is actually Consciousness' Unity, which is naturally unbounded by its multiple expressions.
Fractal Multiplicity Unity |
In order to demonstrate this natural non-boundedness I used binary tree as a logical form of an ever developed multiplicity, which its ever increased spectrum is bounded by two extremes, known as contradiction or tautology.
Contradiction is logically the totally false aspect of this logical form (also notated as (0,0,0,0,...) of that ever developed multiplicity.
Tautology is logically the totally true aspect of this logical form (also notated as (1,1,1,1,...) of that ever developed multiplicity.
It can be seen in the following binary tree:
